1. Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. During this period:

  • You can access all features of your chosen plan
  • No charges will be made to your payment method
  • You can cancel at any time without any charges
  • You will receive email reminders before your trial expires
  • Your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled

To cancel during your free trial, simply contact our support team or cancel through your account settings.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment
  • You experienced significant service outages or technical issues
  • You were charged in error or billed incorrectly
  • You cancelled your subscription but were charged after cancellation
  • The service does not function as advertised

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the initial payment
  • Subscription renewals (unless cancelled before renewal date)
  • Partial month refunds for annual subscriptions
  • Add-on services that have been fully delivered
  • Professional services or consulting hours already provided
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

3. Refund Process

  5. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

4. Processing Time and Method

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 1-2 business days
  • Bank transfers may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

If you don't see the refund in your account after the expected timeframe, please contact your payment provider first, then reach out to us.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:
