1. Free Trial Period
We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. During this period:

- No charges will be made to your payment method
- You can cancel at any time without any charges
- You will receive email reminders before your trial expires
- Your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled
To cancel during your free trial, simply contact our support team or cancel through your account settings.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment
- You experienced significant service outages or technical issues
- You were charged in error or billed incorrectly
- You cancelled your subscription but were charged after cancellation
- The service does not function as advertised
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the initial payment
- Subscription renewals (unless cancelled before renewal date)
- Partial month refunds for annual subscriptions
- Add-on services that have been fully delivered
- Professional services or consulting hours already provided
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

4. Processing Time and Method
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method

- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 1-2 business days
- Bank transfers may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

5. Subscription Cancellation
